Alison Drive – Happy Valley
Our Happy Valley extension and renovations for clients Jess & Tegan was a project that saw our team add 52 sqm of living space and a new alfresco and carport.
A few hurdles along the way included asbestos on the external eaves and gable cladding, clay commons for the underground sewer lines, and a 50-year storm that hit at the wrong time. Despite these challenges, no hurdle was too high. Our team put their minds to work and resolved any issue that came their way promptly, maintaining our expected high-quality standard.
This project saw us remove the entire existing roof structure, making way for a new truss roof spanning the width of the old and new.
The scope of works for this project included fresh hybrid flooring throughout, a new skylight to the existing bathroom, tying in new tiles with the existing, cutting openings in external walls for doorways, removing a large portion of the external walls for an open living area, as well as a new main bedroom, WIR, ensuite and kitchen, dining, living area to be enjoyed by the clients.
Unfortunately, our imagery game was not as it should be for website uploads, so we don’t have many photos to show off our work.
