As a first time home owner & renovator, Steph & I set out on creating a space for our children to grow up & enjoy their own space as well as plenty of room for entertaining. We started out with Brendan and his Envision team with plans drawn and approvals complete. With a start date in mind, Brendan was able to complete a quote to budget with a 6 month build time in view. The renovation would include an extension with an additional bedroom and rumpus, new kitchen and new bathroom & ensuite, along with a large outdoor entertaining area.
