From there, you’ll be invited to schedule a discovery call—followed by an on-site consultation to explore your project in greater detail and outline the journey ahead.
Concept & Design Collaboration
From vision to early sketches.
We connect you with an architect or building designer who aligns with your style and aspirations. Together, we begin shaping your ideas into preliminary plans—balancing design ambition with your ideal investment. This stage concludes with your first indicative project estimate: our Quality Build Estimate (QBE).
Quality Build Estimate (QBE)
Refined clarity, early confidence.
We prepare a detailed project feasibility overview—our QBE—based on your preliminary plans. This ensures we’re progressing with full transparency and confidence that your design aligns with your intended budget.
Documentation & Proposal
Precision in the detail.
We help translate your concept into a fully documented set of construction drawings, offering cost comparisons on materials and finishes, as well as buildability assessments. You’ll receive a comprehensive proposal—personally presented and refined through up to three revisions—to ensure every element is thoughtfully aligned.
Selections & Agreement
Defining the finishes.
We guide you through the process of selecting all interior and exterior finishes, either in collaboration with our trusted suppliers or your chosen interior designer. Once finalised, these selections are incorporated into your proposal, followed by a draft contract for review and approval.
Construction
Where Vision Becomes Reality
With all details confirmed, construction begins. We oversee every aspect of the build with precision and care. Fortnightly on-site meetings are scheduled to keep you informed, while 24/7 access to our online client portal allows you to view your live schedule, daily site logs, and regular photo and video updates.

Completion & Beyond
When we hand over the keys, we’re not finished—we’re simply passing on a home built with enduring quality and care. Included with your handover is a tailored 7-year maintenance schedule, offering timely reminders to help preserve and protect your new home.

The Construction Journey
Foundation & Pool Preparation
The groundwork begins with careful site clearing and footing preparation. We pour your slab with precision—and, if included, your pool—creating a flawless foundation to build upon.
Framing the Vision
With the slab cured, the home’s skeleton takes shape. Structural steel (when needed) is installed, followed by quality timber framing. At this stage, your future home truly starts to come alive.
Crowning with Roofing
Once framing passes inspection, we install your choice of roof—be it stylish tiles or sleek iron—protecting and defining your home’s character.
Lock-Up Milestone
Your house begins to feel like home. Windows are fitted, exterior cladding completed, and essential plumbing and electrical pre-wiring are underway, marking a key milestone in construction.
Interior Finishing Touches
Insulation is installed for comfort and efficiency, followed by smooth plasterboard walls. Skirtings, architraves, and doors are meticulously fitted, with wet areas tiled and perfected—setting the stage for your final finishes.
Practical Completion
All contractual build requirements are met. Your home is ready for the final reveal.
Handover & New Beginnings
Congratulations! Keys, remotes, and flyscreens are handed over in a personal meeting, and your 90-day defect liability period begins—giving you peace of mind as you step into your new luxury home.
