Completed in early 2026 for our clients, Philip and Clare, this McLaren Vale project was a stunning transformation that breathed vibrant new life into an older property, effortlessly bringing it into the modern era. The ambitious scope of work required us to completely gut the interior and remove several internal masonry walls to radically reconfigure the home's original footprint. While the bedrooms maintained their structural layouts, they were fully refreshed with seamless plaster patching and brand-new windows, which we seamlessly upgraded throughout the entire residence.

Beyond those rooms, every single space was either beautifully re-imagined or entirely relocated to maximize flow, light, and modern lifestyle demands. The master bedroom was moved to create a private sanctuary complete with a luxurious new ensuite and a spacious walk-in robe. To elevate the home's daily functionality, we integrated a dedicated mudroom and a sleek new laundry, while also executing a top-to-bottom renovation of the main bathroom. The heart of the home underwent the most dramatic change, with the kitchen being completely relocated to open up the main living, dining, and cooking zones into one expansive, fluid space.

What truly sets this project apart are the bespoke architectural details and premium finishes integrated throughout the build. In the main lounge, a striking, custom-poured concrete plinth creates a bold architectural statement, while a beautiful timber screen provides a soft, elegant division between the kitchen and living areas. Premium, custom-made joinery was tailored specifically for the kitchen, mudroom, laundry, and bathroom vanities, anchoring the home's cohesive aesthetic alongside immaculate new flooring. Finally, a grand, four-stack sliding door was installed in the main living zone, effortlessly dissolving the barrier between the refined new interior and the outdoor entertaining area.
