We recently undertook a full house renovation at our Willunga project, transforming a modest 3-bedroom, mid-sized home into a stunning, spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom family haven with open-plan living.

As the homeowners family was growing, additional space was essential to keep the home comfortable and functional. During this exciting build, we added 77 sqm of living area and 67 sqm of garage space, which included a versatile office/bedroom and a luxurious ensuite at the rear of the property.

In addition, we replaced all existing windows throughout the home, ensuring enhanced natural light, improved insulation, and a fresh contemporary look. A highlight of the
renovation was the installation of a dramatic 4.8-meter servery window in the kitchen, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. We also completely replaced the flooring throughout, installed a brand-new kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances, and added modern bathrooms, a powder room, laundry, and an ensuite to
complement the new living spaces, master bedroom, and walk-in robe.

To further enhance the sense of space and light, we incorporated raked ceilings in the living area and master suite, along with stylish raked windows that flood these spaces with beautiful morning sunlight. The result is a warm, inviting, and highly functional family home that perfectly balances comfort, natural light, and contemporary design.
