Complete demolition and re-build of a stunning property in Port Noarlunga for our valued clients, Natalie and Anthony.
This project involved transforming an old beach shack, built 60-70 years ago, into a contemporary two-storey home that seamlessly blends style, space, and functionality. We undertook the selective demolition of the existing structure, removed approximately 450 tonnes of soil, and constructed a beautiful new residence designed for relaxed coastal living.

The new home features three spacious bedrooms, two generously sized bathrooms, a separate toilet, a large laundry, a dedicated study, and a hidden walk-in pantry tucked into a generous kitchen. The layout also includes two expansive living areas, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining, as well as multiple outdoor entertaining spaces—on the balcony and beneath the downstairs pergola deck.

What truly makes this home stand out are its exceptional design features: striking iron ash hardwood posts, beams, and front door; polished concrete floors that add an industrial-chic touch; custom joinery throughout for a sleek finish; dramatic raked windows that flood the interior with natural light; and a stunning feature stone wall at the front entrance.
