William Webb - Sheidow Park

For our clients Craig and Karen, the project on William Webb Drive was a comprehensive house renovation designed to better suit their now teenage children and their evolving needs. Recognizing that the original layout no longer fit their lifestyle, we worked closely with them to develop a new, functional, and modern design.

Our team carefully removed and replaced wall frames, upgraded existing joinery, and significantly increased storage—with three times the amount of space and a large, custom walk-in pantry. We reconfigured the existing main bedroom and study, transforming them into a luxurious master suite with a spacious walk-in robe. Additionally, we flipped the location of the ensuite, bathroom, W/C, and laundry, completely changing the house's flow and giving it a fresh, updated feel.

Early in the planning process, Craig and Karen expressed a desire to remain in their home throughout the renovation. We meticulously scheduled the works to allow for this, ensuring the project was completed efficiently and safely while they continued to live comfortably in their home.
